1. Who are we?

Zaveri & Co began its journey in 19— as a family-owned jewelry company in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We love our jewelry business and it shows in our designs, our unparalleled customer service and our lifelong jewelry protection. Today, four generations later, as a true success story, we have grown from one store to three stores within Gujarat and are considered one of the most prestigious jewellers in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We have three stores, two in Ahmedabad and one in Surat.

3. I can’t find the piece i wanted on the site anymore. Can i still order it?

It might so happen that we discontinue certain pieces or relocate them to some other page. But if you wish to place an order for the same, kindly contact our customer care team or drop by at one of our stores and we’ll be happy to help you.

1. Do I need to register to be able to shop at www.zaveri&co.com?

Yes, in order for us to serve you better, you need to create an account first before purchasing anything. This account requires your basic details like name, contact address, contact number and email address.

2. I don’t remember my password. What do i do?

You can enter you email address and click on ‘forgot password’ link and we will send you a system generated password on your registered email address. However, you should set a new password once you sign in with the system generated password.

3. Are my personal details shared secure?

We understand the importance of your privacy and thus we guarantee to maintain complete confidentiality of your details shared with us.

1. Is there a price difference between products sold in retail stores and this e-commerce website?

Yes. There is a possibility of price difference in products being sold in our retail store and on our website as the tax implications for every state is different.

2. Do pendants come with chain?

No, when you purchase a pendant, the price mentioned is for pendant only. However, we do have a selection of chains that you can choose from.

3. Is my jewellery authentic and certified?

All our diamond and gemstone jewellery is IGI and DGLA certified and all our gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked, one of the most trusted grading bodies in the world.

4. Can I re-size my ring?

Yes you can. Incase the ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it for a new ring size. If it is a bigger ring size that you require, we will charge you only for the extra amount of gold added to resize it ( as listed on our website). If it is a smaller size that you require, we will be happy to refund the additional amount. This is applicable only within our 7 day return policy. In case, u need to resize the ring after 7 days from the date of shipping, we can resize the ring for a small additional cost.

1. How do i pay for the products bought on Zaveri&co.com?

You can pay through all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, bank IMPS and prepaid instruments.

2. Can i pay cash-on-delivery?

Sorry, we do not accept COD orders.

3. Are there any hidden charges apart from the ones specified while ordering the product?

No, there are no hidden charges. All prices listed are final and all-inclusive.

4. How long will it take to get refunds, if any?

Once we have checked the received product for any wear and tear, we’ll refund the amount back in your bank account. Please email us your bank account number and IFSC code.

1. Can i order by phone?

Yes, you can. You can contact our customer care team at and just tell them the product code of the jewellery you have liked and they’ll be happy to assist you.

2. How will i get order confirmation?

Your order confirmation will be sent to you on your email-id that you provide.

1. What if there is a problem with my purchase?

If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece, we’ll repair it for free. If a piece has been damaged by you, we’ll repair it for you at a very reasonable price. If you are still not satisfied, you can return the product to us within our 7 days free return policy. If the time has surpassed 7 days, then you can get it exchanged for according to our Lifetime exchange and buy-back policy.

2. Can I take a ring to my local jeweller for re-sizing?

Yes you can, but we do not recommend it. These kind of alterations might damage the gems or the strength of the setting in it, if done incorrectly.

Sorry, we currently do not accept international orders. We ship only within India.
